What is your processing time?
-My processing time is 2-3 weeks.
What form of shipping do you use? When will I receive my order? What if my order hasn't arrived?
-All orders ship via priority 2-3 day (please allow 5-7 days during major holidays) which includes tracking and insurance. Once an order is shipped, I have no control over tracking, delivery, or delays. Priority 2-3 day is not guaranteed by USPS and if delays occur, USPS is to be contacted by the buyer with the tracking number received via email when the order shipped.
What is your refund/return policy?
-If you need to cancel an order, I will refund half your payment if you cancel before it has been shipped, but cannot refund in full. When a new order comes in, I begin utilizing supplies that same day. I aim to provide quick turnaround to get you your order as soon as possible. If you cancel after an order has been made and shipped, no refund will be given. If you are unhappy with your product and would like to return it. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs but will be given a partial refund once I receive the returned item.
Can I put a rush on my order?
-Please keep in mind that all items are handmade by me. I work as quickly as I can to get all orders out on time, in the order they were purchased. Therefore, I do not accept any rush orders. If you place an order without knowing the processing time, which is stated at the top of each page of the website, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of the order being placed. If I am not contacted within 24 hours, only a partial refund will be given.
What is your replacement policy for broken item?
-I package all my items with extra care, but occasionally, things can get damaged. If your item is delivered damaged, send me an email via the 'contact me' page with a picture of the broken item. Once I have received your photos, I will remake your item and resend it at no charge to you. This replacement policy is only effective for 3 days after receiving your item. If I am contacted after the 3 day period, your item can no longer be replaced at no charge.
Do you take wholesale orders or offer a discount on multiple items purchased?
-I do not offer wholesale prices or discounts on bulk orders.
